What is the EZ8 Running Program
This is a fun running program geared towards women of all ages and fitness abilities. The ultimate goal is to be able to run an 8-minute mile with EASE, thus the name...Easy Eight (EZ8).

It’s not about being a track star or an elite athlete. It's about being the best YOU can be. It’s not about getting up at 5:00 a.m. to run with a group of women for an hour. It’s a lot more! You really learn how to run better and more efficiently. You will find yourself building relationships with other women who enjoy and have the same interests and goals. It’s always different and a lot of fun. The group’s average age is late twenties to early fifties. As an EZ8 runner, you will gain confidence, endurance, speed, and find your legs leaner and stronger. You don’t have to be a great runner to begin. If you are a beginner you may enroll in the TRUE BEGINNER program. To qualify for the "regular", EZ8 program, you must only be able to run one mile without having to stop to walk...even if your one mile is extremely s l o w.

If you haven't been running much, and need a gradual start, then the Beginner Program is the perfect introduction for you.

Sherry Shelton coach this women's running camp in Cumming & Alpharetta. You will feel rewarded by running a 5K at your FASTEST speed with the group at the end of this camp. You'll also receive a great EZ8 T-shirt on graduation day!

Beginners/Intermediate EZ8 Running Details:

2 Days a week(T & Th) 5:30 am – 6:30 am (Beginner/Intermediate)
(Alpharetta location)

2 Days a week (M & W) 6:00 am - 7:00am (Beginner/Intermediate)

(Cumming location)
COED - All Ages Welcome
All of the below in Beginners camp
Focused Stretching / Injury Prevention
Increase your speed to an 8-minute mile (for some...even faster!)
Rhythm Intervals / Drills
FUN ! ! !
$89.00 for 4 weeks (that’s about $11.00 a day.)

*INTERMEDIATE* You must be able to run ONE MILE without having to stop to walk. That is the only prerequisite. It does not matter your speed.
